General enquiries and corrections
Corrections are the mail we most want. If a figure, a date or a claim on this site is wrong, send the page it is on and — where you have one — the source that says otherwise. Corrections are made in place, on the page that carried the error, rather than appended somewhere quieter. If we disagree, we will say why.
Privacy and legal
Data-protection requests — access, deletion, or anything else set out in the privacy policy — go to privacy@ericcorp.dev.
Legal notices, including anything arising from the terms of service, go to legal@ericcorp.dev.
What we cannot help with
CruiseMigration is not a booking agent and is not affiliated with any cruise line, port authority or booking platform, so we have no access to anyone's reservation: we cannot look one up, change one, or resolve a dispute about one. Those go to the line you booked with, or to your travel agent.
