Terms of Service

CruiseMigration is an informational platform that tracks cruise-ship migrations, live AIS positions, itineraries, and port schedules, primarily focused on Alaska-season sailings. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

The Service is available to anyone who can form a legally binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

Position data is sourced from publicly available AIS feeds and third-party providers. Itinerary and port-call information is sourced from publicly available cruise-line schedules. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information but do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service.

All original content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by EricCorp Dev LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ship names, cruise-line names, and port names may be trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance on the Service does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ERICCORP DEV LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
