Santos is the cruise port for São Paulo, about 50 miles southeast of Brazil's largest city. Ships dock at the Concais terminal; most turnaround passengers connect directly to GRU or CGH airports via 60–90 minute motorcoach. In-port options include the Coffee Museum in the Bolsa do Café building, Santos's long beachfront garden promenade, and Pelé's tomb at the Santos FC memorial. Summer sailings run December through February.

• Santos is home to the Port of Santos, the busiest port in Latin America and the 35th largest in the world by tonnage, handling nearly 29% of all Brazilian trade.
• The city's beachfront garden stretches 5,335 metres and holds a Guinness World Record as the largest beachfront garden in the world.
• Soccer legend Pelé spent the majority of his playing career with Santos Futebol Clube, and the city honours him with a memorial called the Memorial das Conquistas.
• Santos hosts the Coffee Museum, where world coffee prices were once negotiated — coffee was the city's dominant export until World War II.
• Founded in 1546 by Portuguese nobleman Brás Cubas, Santos was once dubbed the 'port of death' in the 19th century due to deadly yellow fever outbreaks that made ships avoid docking there.
